Are there any shipping charges ?
  • Yes, if the bill amount is less than Rs. 1,000/- Then shipping charge will be Rs.100/- If the bill amount is more than Rs. 999/- Then you are applicable for free shipping.
Do you deliver anywhere in India?
  • Yes, we can ship anywhere in India.
How long does delivery take?
  • It will take around 7-10 Working days after placing order.
How can I track my order?

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via E-mail/SMS.

What if there are issues with the delivered product?
  • It wouldn’t happen, but in case if it happens then contact us on our email support@ndrsport.in within 4 working days of order received.

Can I add item or change size after placing an order?

Yes, it is possible if the order is not dispatched. You have to inform us on call +91-92282 47428.

Do you offer size guides?

Yes, each product page has a size chart to help you find the perfect fit.

Can I change my delivery address after I have placed an order?
  • No, that order need to cancel and place new order to avoid complexity in taxation. For cancellation of the order, please refer our Cancellation Policy under Return and Refund Policy.
Which payment methods do you accept?
  • Our Gateway Payment partner is PayU. Whatever they are providing payment methods, we are accepting it. Defiantly, we are accepting standard payment method like Debit Card, Credit Card, Internet Banking, Phone Pay, Google Pay and etc. For detail explanation about payment methods mentioned under Terms & Condition and Payment Security Policy.

Pre - Order

What is a pre-order?

A pre-order allows you to purchase an item before it is available in stock. We book the product exclusively for you and ship it as soon as ready. Pre-order is only applied to custom products. It will soon come to the our website.

Will I be charged immediately for Pre-order?

Yes, Full payment is collected at the time of pre-order to confirm your reservation.

Can I order in-stock and pre-order items together?

No, unfortunately that service is not available at the moment. That should be separately.

What if there is a delay?

In case of delays, you will be informed via email or SMS. You can also contact our customer support for real-time updates.

Returns & Refunds

When will I get the refund in cancelled order?

You will get refund of the cancelled order within 7-10 working days. For detail, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.

Can I exchange get replacement of my product?

Yes, you can exchange or replace the ordered product for size or colour issue accordance with our Exchange policy under Return and Refund Policy. Also referred to our next FAQ (What is your return policy?).

What is your return policy?

We offer a 3 day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be:

  • In the original packaging
  • Unused and unwashed
  • In original condition with tags

Payments & Safety

Is my card information stored?

No, We do not store your card or banking details. All transaction are processed securely via third-party gateways (PayU India). Please refer to our Payment Security Policy.

My payment has failed? What should I do?

Most of the cases it wouldn’t happened. In case, it happens, then you can check your internet connection. You can also contact your banking partner or card provider. You can also reach out to our customer support team for help, support@ndrsport.in

My account has been debited but order not confirmed? What should I do?

How can I avail COD payment mode?

Unfortunately, we are not providing an option of COD payment method.

Are there any hidden charges or taxes?

No, there is not any hidden charges on our platform.

All prices are inclusive of GST.
